Binder is for education. It is used to support teachers and students in the writing process, and must not be used to deceive, harass, or violate institutional policy.

Accounts

Accounts are typically provisioned through the institution. Institutions are responsible for role assignments and policy configuration.

Institution data

Institutions retain rights to their data. Binder acts as a service provider under the direction of the institution.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Institutions will receive notice of material changes.
